Mastermind Effect – Surround Yourself With Big Thinkers And Reap Huge Rewards

There is a saying, ‘Your income is the average of the five people you hang out with most and your level of success is the average of the five people you hang out with most’. If you look around, you’ll probably notice that to be true.

So, what does it mean for you today…right now? It means that it’s important to surround yourself with big thinkers, people who are moving, growing, learning, and succeeding as a way of life. When you’re in the presence of big thinkers, you naturally gravitate toward bigger ideas AND they encourage you to explore them. That’s why masterminds are so powerful. I have been in several mastermind groups over the past several years and I attribute a great deal of my success, and rapid success in many cases, to spending time with other big thinkers.

My clients continue to site their participation in mastermind groups as one of the actions they took that allowed them to reach their goals much faster. They are inspired by the actions others in the group have been taking and it drives them to work toward goals that require a greater risk than they are used to taking.

So, pay attention to those around you. If you don’t spend enough time with people who think big, seek some out. Join a mastermind group. Find a mentor. Just as being around positive and upbeat people puts you in a good mood, being around implementers and successful people brings the same out in you.
