MOMpreneur® Subscription Contest 2010 Rules

1. Prize: West Jet Gift Certificate worth $800 to cover one round trip flight anywhere WestJet flies in Canada with only one connection.

2. Value: $800

3. Definition of a Mompreneur: A Mompreneur is a mother who is thinking about launching a business or a mother who is the major decision-maker in her business or a mother who is a partner in a business.

4. Submit entries to: mompreneur@themompreneur.com

5. Contest Deadline: Midnight MDT, Sunday, November 30th, 2010

6. Qualifications: Must be a Mompreneur; Must be a resident of Canada; Must be over 21 years of age; Staff/contractors of MOMpreneur® and Fresh Start and their immediate families are not eligible.

7. Notification Rules: The winner will be notified by MOMpreneur® within three days of the closing of the contest. If the winner does not inform MOMpreneur® of their acceptance of the prize via email within two days of being notified, the prize will be forfeited and MOMpreneur® will contact the runner-up. The same notification and acceptance rules will then apply.

8. Winner’s Responsibility: To notify family/friends/clients/media about their win through mention on Home Page, in tweets, in email blasts and other venues.

9. Prize Transferability: The prize can be transferred to another Mompreneur.

10. Prize Claim: The Prize will be awarded as is and is not redeemable for cost. By accepting this prize, the winner must comply with the contest rules and release sponsors and their affiliate companies with regard to injury or accident, loss or damage of any kind arising from the participation in this promotion. If the winner fails to comply by these rules, she will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected.

11. Personal Information: The information which an applicant provides in conjunction with the Contest may be used for the Sponsors’ internal purposes such as sending you our e-news emails. It will not be provided to third parties, except as necessary for the administration of the Contest or as required by law or legal process. If you do not wish to receive any mailings for the Sponsors, please include this in your application.
